Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your Immerse Performance order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
To start a return, contact us at support@immerseperformance.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@immerseperformance.com and we will resolve the issue quickly at no cost to you.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? The quickest way to exchange is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is confirmed. Contact us at support@immerseperformance.com and we will guide you through the process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: items that have been worn or washed, items without original packaging or tags, sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalised orders. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before sending anything back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@immerseperformance.com.
Cancelling an Order
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been shipped. As we process orders quickly, please check your order status first by visiting the order confirmation link in your email.
If your order status shows as Pending or On Hold, contact us at support@immerseperformance.com and we will request a cancellation on your behalf. If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email and no charge will be made. If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned under our 30-day returns policy once delivered.
